Group Yoga

Group Yoga, Corporate Yoga and Stress Reduction Sessions are designed to meet the needs of the group, it being your employees, family and/or friends. These programs consist of yoga classes which includes postures, breath-awareness, meditation and relaxation techniques. Classes can be held in the morning before the work day begins, lunchtime, or at the end of the work day.
